Job Description
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- 3+ years administration experience
- Experience within the long term insurance or short term insurance industry will be beneficial
- Computer literate
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (Essential)
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid drivers license and own transport
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.
