Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Matric certificate (Grade 12) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Own reliable transport 2 years working in a similar environment Driven to develop strong and sustainable client relationships Key Responsibilities: Collect necessary information from clients to facilitate the preparation and processing of required paperwork for transactions Data entry accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems, spreadsheets and databases Prepare, edit and distribute letters, supplier verifications, order verifications and other documentation Assist with marketing events, which may also occur after hours Gather, analyse and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on transactions that will be presented during credit meetings Attending credit committee meetings All administrative duties and ancillary tasks in respect of the employees position Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
