• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and escalate queries where necessary.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend innovative approaches to increase reach and engagement.

 
Content Creation & Coordination

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and company milestones.

 
Digital Marketing Support

• Support the execution of digital campaigns including email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO initiatives.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the company website and intranet content.
• Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.

 
Event Support

• Assist in planning and promoting internal and external events, including corporate functions, community outreach, and sponsorship activations.
• Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and post-event communications

Administrative Duties

• Maintain marketing databases, media libraries, and contact lists.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for marketing activities.
• Support the Marketing and Communication Manager with ad hoc tasks and departmental coordination.

 
Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or social media role.
• Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
