About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion: Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality CPD programs that meet the needs of various stakeholders, including corporates, NGOs, consumer groups, and the public. With a strong background in professional bodies and a proven track record of working with different target audiences, you will play a critical role in shaping our CPD strategy and ensuring its effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Quality Management Systems for CMS CPD programs
  • Design and develop CPD strategies, policies, and plans to address identified learning needs
  • Facilitate CPD activities, including designing and developing courses, workshops, and other learning experiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of CPD programs and meet regulatory requirements
  • Maintain records of CPD activities and participants’ learning achievements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced diploma in Social Sciences or a relevant equivalent qualification at NQF level 7
  • Three (3) years working experience in a professional body environment as a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) specialist or in a CPD supervisory role
  • Two (2) years of experience working with different target audiences across various levels (e.g., corporates, NGOs, consumer groups & the public, and service environment)
  • OETDP qualification is an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or Advanced diploma in Social Sciences or a relevant equivalent qualification at NQF level 7
  • Relevant OETDP qualification (if applicable)
