About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Centurion: Courier Stock Controller to join our team at Career Circuit. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient transfer of stock quantities from our warehouse to branches. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in verifying that stock quantities transferred match the final approved stock transfer documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and verify that stock quantities transferred from the warehouse to branches are correct as per the transfer documents (TRX stores)
- Verify that all stock picked for dispatch to branches matches the final approved stock transfer documents
- Ensure that stock quantities and items are correct and correspond with the original client invoices
- Ensure that all stock transfer documents are fully completed and that invoices are signed by couriers and/or clients
- Ensure that all stock is checked before leaving the courier dispatch area and that all stock is accompanied by a valid invoice or stock transfer document
- Immediately report any variances identified to management for investigation and correction
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Experience with CRM system (e.g. SAP)
- Soft skills: proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong work ethics; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate
