Ziyana Group is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Graduate: IT & Systems Support to join our team. This role is ideal for a young professional eager to build a career in IT support, digital systems, and systems development.

You will provide hands-on support with technology across the organisation and gain exposure to supporting system implementations for clients, working closely with senior technical specialists. You will also assist with enhancing Ziyanas internal digital environment, including exploring opportunities to develop or customise learning and business systems for internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and related office equipment.
  
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  
• Support users with access management, email configurations, and device performance.
  
• Maintain an IT asset register and ensure technology is updated and functional.
  
• Provide day-to-day technical assistance across all departments.
  

2. Systems Support (Implementation & Optimisation)

• Assist senior specialists with the configuration of digital business systems and tools.
  
• Support system implementations for clients by gathering requirements and preparing documentation.
  
• Help optimise internal systems, workflows, and digital processes at Ziyana Group.
  
• Provide user support and basic troubleshooting for organisation-wide systems.
  
• Learn and grow toward a Systems Specialist or Junior Developer pathway.
  

3. Learning Management & Digital Platforms (Growth Pathway)

• Explore existing third-party learning platforms and assess functional gaps.
  
• Assist in testing, setup, customisation, and content upload for digital learning tools.
  
• Support the development of a potential in-house LMS or digital learning solution.
  
• Create user guides, test new features, and recommend improvements.
  

4. Digital Enablement Projects

• Contribute to internal digital transformation initiatives across the business.
  
• Assist with training users on new tools, systems, and processes.
  
• Help streamline operations through automation, digitisation, and improved workflows.
  

5. Data & Reporting

• Extract, analyse, and present system usage or performance data.
  
• Support data clean-ups, migrations, and quality assurance.
  
• Build simple dashboards and reporting templates as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field.
  
• Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities.
  
• Interest in system implementation, digital platforms, and learning technologies.
  
• Willingness to learn coding, automation, or system configuration.
  
• Strong understanding of digital tools and cloud-based technologies (advantage, not required).
