Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

– Must be willing to complete and pass the Coderbyte technical assessment upfront
– Minimum 10+ years’ experience in advanced analytics
– Minimum 3+ years of hands-on machine-learning model-building experience
– Honours degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
– Strong capability across data management, GIS, analytics, and software development
– Solid AI & Machine Learning background
– Technical stack: Python, R, SQL

Nice-to-Haves:

– TensorFlow, Hugging Face, FastHTML
– FastAPI, Flask, Django
– Docker experience
– Experience deploying predictive models in Azure (or similar cloud platforms)
– Experience working within an Agile environment

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the advanced analytics and machine-learning capability across the organisation
– Architect and deploy predictive and AI models at scale
– Oversee the full analytics lifecycle: data ingestion → model development → deployment → monitoring
– Drive innovation using modern ML frameworks and best-practice MLOps
– Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing technical team
– Partner with business executives to translate complex analytics solutions into commercial impact
– Ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready analytics solutions
