Job Summary
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services. – Train, lead, and mentor the front office team to ensure exceptional service quality. – Maintain and enforce brand standards in the reception area. – Foster relationships with guests, staff, and local community partners to enhance the hotel`s reputation. – Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. This role primarily operates during the day shift (8 am to 5 pm) from Monday to Friday, with the successful candidate expected to cover 4 evening or weekend shifts to support front-of-house operations. The salary ranges from R 20 to R 30 depending on experience. Quote reference nr RA125 when applying.
