About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion to join our sales team as an Internal Sales Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our sales team in generating new leads and converting them into customers. You will also be involved in product training, sales training, webinars, and events. Your role will require you to work closely with re-sellers and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in following up on leads using ZOHO Lead Response – 1st Response
- Manage the lead response process, including product knowledge and channel understanding
- Complete documents and submissions as part of the account onboarding process
- Provide product training to the sales team
- Coordinate sales events and webinars
- Create sales documents, such as info sheets and presentations
- Lead the tender response effort
- Serve as a single point of contact between sales and contracts, projects, and services
Requirements
- Minimum grade 12 education completed
- Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable)
- Good working experience with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Qualifications
- Completed grade 12 or equivalent
