Job Summary
Well established Medical Practice in Centurion is seeking a receptionist.Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answering of all calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.Responding to all emails and WhatsApp messages.booking patient appointments, communicating billing policy to all new and existing patients.Welcome patients arriving in a friendly and professional manner, communicating time delays to manage client expectations.Open accounts and capture all relevant information accurately on system for new patients.Assist with obtaining patient results and related correspondence (lab results, radiology etc).Medical aid billing.Assist the doctor with all office admin related tasks.Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practiceGeneral administrationMaintain efficient patient serviceMaintain confidentiality of doctor, staff and patient information.Desired Experience & QualificationMatricDiploma in Administration will be advantageous.At least 2-5 years` experience in a similar medical receptionist position will be advantageous.Fluent in English & Afrikaans (verbal & written)Experience with medical billing softwareFully computer literateOwn transportMust reside within the Centurion region.Working hoursMonday to Friday, 09h00 – 18h00 Flexibility with these times is absolutely necessary.Saturday (09h00 14h00)
