Job Summary
- Responsible for managing Key and Strategic Accounts, ensuring quality, maintaining client relations, and ensuring solutions development
- Managing Quality functions in the Division ranging from ISO, internal audits, firearms, OHS, POPIA, K9 and Risk
- Developing and managing Fleet Control Room Functions
- Overseeing Logistics and Fleet Management in the Division
- Responsible for Management Development and Succession Planning
- Managing special Projects as and when identified
The suitable candidate shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade A
- At least 3 years branch or regional management experience
- Security Diploma and/or Middle Management Development Program preferable
- Based in Pretoria
- Senior Security Manager or equivalent exposure for at least two years or similar roles;
- Good interpersonal skills
