We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled O&M Engineer to support the efficient and reliable operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of our facilities and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring high availability, safety, and compliance across our operational assets.
? Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily operations of equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose equipment faults and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee maintenance contractors and ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and operational data.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and industry standards.
• Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and reliability programs.
• Assist in preparing O&M reports, documentation, and asset management records.
• Participate in root cause analyses (RCA) and contribute to the development of corrective actions.

? Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in operations and maintenance within industries such as power generation, manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, renewable energy, or facilities management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools.
• Good understanding of safety practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
