Duties:

• Conduct cost analysis and manage financial performance across regional branches.
• Lead a new department, overseeing regional cost accountants, service and parts managers, and a team of 16 inventory controllers.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Engage with various stakeholders, from wash bay staff and branch managers to the COO.
• Travel to branches when required to ensure alignment and provide financial support.
• Support strategic initiatives through detailed financial analysis and recommendations.

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours Accounting (CTA)
• Fully Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

• 4-6 years of post-articles experience if a CA(SA)
• Completed Articles at the Big 4 firms

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on cost management and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to build rapport across all organisational levels.
• Experience beyond audit roles – leadership and management skills required.
