About the Role
As a Centurion: Operations Manager at Bidvest Prestige, you will be responsible for overseeing all cleaning functions in various venues to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for guests, customers, and workers. You will deploy and train staff on the use of latest cleaning technology while providing instructions and supervision where necessary. This is a challenging role that requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and motivate a team of cleaning staff
• Deploy and train staff on the use of latest cleaning technology
• Conduct stock management of consumables and spares
• Oversee all escalations and performance management developments
• Drive to every location with the team along with supplies in official vehicle
• Ensure that all employees follow company standards by constantly coaching and redirecting performance
• Prepare monthly reports of sites for the client, management, and payroll staff
• Conduct regular cleaning audits and ensure that any issues highlighted are addressed appropriately
Requirements
• National Diploma or Related Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Valid SA Drivers License
• Relevant experience in cleaning supervising
• Cleaning and Hygiene Management
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)
• OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems
