About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join their team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our HR technology implementation team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM applications, and providing end-to-end functional support across various HR modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional configurations.
- Configure and support various Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and support.
- Provide expertise in Oracle quarterly releases and new features, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend improvements, and ensure data integrity across HCM modules.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Experience in implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
