Job Summary
Job & Company Description: Design, develop, and test PCB layouts for high-reliability defense applications while ensuring compliance with military and aerospace industry standards. Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to integrate PCB designs into complex systems. Conduct simulations, signal integrity analysis, and thermal assessments to optimize PCB performance. Support prototyping, testing, debugging, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production and assembly. Maintain documentation, schematics, and technical reports. Education: Bachelor`s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Job Experience & Skills Required: Design, develop, and test PCB layouts for high-reliability defence applications. Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to integrate PCB designs into complex systems. Ensure compliance with military and aerospace industry standards (IPC, MIL-SPEC, DO-254, etc.). Conduct simulations, signal integrity analysis, and thermal assessments to optimize PCB performance. Support prototyping, testing, and debugging processes. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production and assembly. Maintain documentation, schematics, and technical reports. Proven experience in PCB design for military, aerospace, or high-reliability industries. Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics, Cadence Allegro). Strong understanding of EMI/EMC principles, high-speed digital design, and power electronics. Apply now
