Job purpose: The job is responsible for supervising all commercial plumbing technicians, materials and resources required to provide commercial plumbing service, installations, and maintenance. Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA. Clear Criminal Record. Computer Literacy MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & other short-term software. Plumbing Team Management experience 2-3 years. Any plumbing related qualification/s would be an added advantage. Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism for interaction with customers, co-workers, and the leadership team Assist in ensuring companys financial growth and profitability by creating and adhering to departmental budgets (i.e. service repairs, planned maintenance and installations). Assure customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality, timely, level of service. Work closely with the Accounting and Administrative teams to ensure timely approval of billings, payroll, financial reports, etc. as necessary. Ensure the most effective time and resource management to meet customer needs.
