Job Summary
Duties:
Allocate Payments: Ensure accurate allocation of incoming payments to debtor accounts Account Reconciliation: Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations to maintain accurate records Maintain Records: Keep detailed transaction histories and debtor balances up to date Report Generation: Generate and maintain reports on account status and outstanding balances Dispute Resolution (Internal): Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in payments Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies and financial regulations Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Diploma/Degree in Finance or related field Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Debtors Administrator or in a similar role Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office and financial software (Evolve experience will be beneficial) Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Join a dynamic finance team where your expertise in debtor account management will play a key role in financial accuracy and efficiency If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
