Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary consulting team. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate design documentation
- Prepare preliminary and detailed estimates
- Formulate bills of quantities and contract documentation
- Conduct financial evaluation of tenders
- Administer cashflow forecasts, cost reports, variation orders, valuations, and contractual claims
- Prepare and negotiate final accounts
- Attend project meetings and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams
- Analyse repair estimates and prepare viability studies
- Determine value at risk and damage costings
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Education: BTech or BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional Registration: SACQSP
- Experience: Minimum 6–10 years (at least 3 years post-registration)
- Driver’s License: Valid
- Strong knowledge of JBCC and NEC contracts
- Experience in professional consulting QS firms
- Bonus: Project/Programme Management experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Expertise in estimating, budgeting, procurement, and cost control
- Negotiation and quality assurance capabilities
