Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Develop charters, scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans. Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Oversee contract and commercial management under NEC framework. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards. Manage client and stakeholder communication. Drive proactive risk management, procurement scheduling, and cash flow control. Deliver successful close-out including commissioning, documentation, and invoicing. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Professional registration (ECSA) and/or PMP certification an advantage. 10 years experience leading large-scale EPC projects in water treatment. Proven track record with NEC contracts. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Office, and project control tools.
