About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Centurion, you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private sector to expand our customer base. You will sell complementary IT solutions, build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and contribute to achieving our monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private sector
- Sell complementary IT solutions, including software applications, hardware, and IT infrastructure products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and product demonstrations in coordination with technical teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pricing, proposals, and documentation for tenders and RFPs
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Log sales activities and client interactions in CRM or internal sales tracking systems
Requirements
- 3 -5 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in IT or technology solutions
- Basic understanding of technology, software, or ERP systems
- Experience working with private sector clients or understanding of procurement cycles
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
Qualifications
National Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (or currently studying part-time)
