Responsibilities:
Manage incoming stock from suppliers and warehouses, ensuring accurate tracking and allocation. Liaise with the sales team to fulfill monthly requirements and coordinate stock for conversions. Assist with stock movement to SKD, Fitment Centers, and other suppliers. Maintain updated records on systems like Autocart and ENatis. Verify supplier invoices, VIN numbers, and arrange stock repairs when necessary. Handle customer and dealer queries, providing solutions promptly. Conduct daily updates and planning to ensure smooth logistics operations. Qualifications & Experience: Formal certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. 2-3 years of experience in logistics or shipping, ideally within the automotive industry. Proficiency in advanced Excel and logistics management software. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
