The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large team, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the dealership, ensuring seamless functioning across all departments Lead and motivate a team of over 230 employees to achieve performance and sales targets Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store layout to optimize sales performance Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and finance teams to enhance overall efficiency Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and implement staff development programs Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy Requirements: Minimum of 10 years experience in retail management, preferably within a hypermarket or large-format store Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a retail environment Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in retail systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking Matric essential; tertiary qualification in Retail Management or Business Administration advantageous Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and deliver results in a high-volume environment Benefits Salary: negotiable.
