Job Summary
Role Purpose:
Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock receiving, invoicing, and stock take.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Maintain housekeeping and stock control standards.
- Report stockouts and liaise with Procurement and Planning.
- Plan and schedule daily workflow.
- Handle invoicing and monitor order fulfillment.
- Manage stock transfers, updates in ERP system, and stock acceptance.
- Oversee stock picking, packaging, dispatch, and rotation.
- Participate in stock takes and report losses.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Matric and attention to detail.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-conscious with good communication abilities.
- Supply Chain qualification (beneficial).
