Who are we looking for: A Strategic Digital Account Manager.

What will you do:

Act as the main client liaison, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring all client needs are met on time and within budget
Develop project briefs, timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency capabilities
Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (across various digital channels, etc.)
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on market insights, trends and data
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign concepts and deliverables meet client expectations
Coordinate with agency teams to optimise campaign performance
Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating project updates, results and future opportunities
Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

What will you need:
3-5 years of experience in account management or project management role in a digital agency
Experience in managing large-scale integrated campaign
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Strong understanding of digital marketing
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.)
A passion for client success and delivering exceptional work
