Job Description
- Routine patrols within a dedicated area of responsibility with focus on crime prevention;
- Identify out of the ordinary behaviour and actions, as well as respond to various types of incidents;
- Tactical Operations Nationally
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- Proof and Verification of Grade A PSIRA Certification;
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license;
- Firearm competency for Handgun, Shotgun and Self Loading Rifle
- Regulation 21
- Recognised tactical training
- Previous experience at operational tactical response level;
- Defensive driving qualification;
- Excellent disciplinary record,
- Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
- Own reliable transport
- Willing to travel outside Gauteng for extended times
