Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate group sessions, workshops, and training eventsFoster an inclusive, engaging environment that encourages participation and learningCustomize content and delivery to meet the specific needs of diverse groupsProvide constructive feedback to support participants` personal and professional developmentCollaborate with other team members to continuously improve program content and structureAdapt training materials and methodologies to suit different learning styles, abilities, and needs of the participants, ensuring the content is relevant and engaging.
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilitation, teaching, or trainingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think on your feet and adapt to different group dynamicsPassion for learning and developmentRelevant qualifications or certifications in training, coaching, or educationAbility to adapt facilitation styles to different group sizes, backgrounds, and levels of knowledge or experience.Comfort with using digital tools for virtual sessions (Zoom,Google Meet, Teams, etc.) and learning management systems (LMS) for tracking and managing participant progress.Desirable Attributes:A natural leader with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate others.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.Passion for lifelong learning and development.
