Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the operations of our training company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full operations of the business, driving the marketing of training courses to corporate clients, ensuring course accreditations are completed in compliance with SETA standards, and overseeing the registration of learnership programs. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong background in the Education and Training sector, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with financial targets and budgets.Key
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:oOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the training company.oEnsure efficient delivery and administration of training programs across various sectors.oCollaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless workflow and to achieve company goals.Marketing & Business Development:oDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote training courses to corporate and public sector clients.oBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and companies to drive new business and partnerships.SETA Accreditation & Compliance:oEnsure all new courses meet accreditation standards in accordance with SETA (Sector Education and Training Authorities) guidelines.oManage and coordinate the registration of learnerships and skills development programs with the relevant SETAs.oStay updated on changes in compliance.
