Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and manage the new and/or used vehicle sales team
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Implement and monitor sales strategies, targets, and KPIs
- Manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle turn rates
- Ensure compliance with OEM, dealership, and regulatory requirements
- Handle escalated customer queries and uphold brand standards
- Coach and develop sales staff through ongoing training and performance management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, finance, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong administrative and reporting abilities
- Valid South African driver’s licence
