Our client, a well-established and reputable medical practice in Ceres , is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have excellent management, communication, and administrative skills, with experience in a similar position. This 5/8 post offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a balanced work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management
- Oversee Injuries on Duty procedures and documentation
- Liaise with Compsol
- Petty cash Stock control and administration
- Creditors and payments
- Payroll Bank reconciliations
- General administrative and financial duties
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent management, communication, and administrative skills
- Bookkeeping/Accounting background
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
