VEREISTES:

n BRek of soortgelyke graad, met voltooide SAIPA of SAICA klerkskap en/of 5 jaar toepaslike ervaring.
Kennis van MS-Word, SARS E-filing, Pastel en E@syfile is n vereiste.
Kennis van SAGE Payroll, CIPC opgawes en ProfSec sal in die kandidaat se guns tel.
Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede.
Moet goed onder druk funksioneer, baie akkuraat werk, betroubaar, pligsgetrou en goed georganiseerd wees.

Salarisadministrasie van klinte:
Indien van EMP201-, EMP501- en opgawes (eFiling, uFiling, E@syfile)
Indien van jaarlikse Opgawe van Verdienste (WCA)
Vergoedingskommissaris rekeningvrae
Verwerking op SAGE Payroll
Pakket strukturering
Berekening van werknemersbelasting & ETI
Algemene administrasie insluitende SARS en Departement van Arbeid navrae, registrasies en rel van opgawe betalings.
Kommunikasie met klinte, SARS, Departement Arbeid, ens.
Hulp aan sekretarile afdeling, trustee vergaderinge, nakoming van Wet op Beheer van Trustgoed en Beneficial Ownership rapportering.
Administrasie t.o.v FIC Wet
Potensiel ander rekenmeesterswerk, bv. Verwerking van transaksies op Pastel, berekening van BTW, ens.
