REQUIREMENTS: Matric, clear credit and criminal check Excellent command of the English language Must love fashion Responsible and able to think out of the box Cash up and banking experience Financial acumen and ability to manage stock between stores Analytical thinker with Tech-savvy skills(Macbook/Ipad) Relationship builder, self-motivated and initiative to assist with the growth of the business DUTIES Set sales targets, analyze sales data, and forecast future sales Ensure exceptional service, handle queries, complaints, and feedback Recruit, train, and motivate staff, and manage performance across two stores Tracking of stock, ordering new stock, and control inventory Managing the Social Media platforms, creating content, videos and using initiative to expand the current marketing Organize sales promotions and develop and execute marketing strategies Control budgets and costs for two stores, and provide reports to Owner Assist Owner with current market trends and competitors Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
