About the Role
Join us at Number Two Piggeries as a Trainee Manager in our Cookhouse, and discover what it takes to run successful commercial piggery operations. We’re seeking recent graduates with a passion for agriculture and eagerness to learn about modern pig farming and farm systems. As part of our team, you’ll gain practical experience in pig production, farm management, and on-farm maintenance, as well as mentorship from experienced farm managers and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support in the cookhouse and on-farm maintenance
- Assist with basic repairs and equipment care
- Participate in daily operations and contribute to team efforts
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Degree in Agriculture (Animal Production or Livestock Science an advantage)
- Practical experience or enthusiasm for agriculture and farm management
- Ability to work with hands-on skills, including basic mechanical, electrical, or general farm repairs
- Willingness to relocate and work hands-on as part of an operational team

- Completed Degree in Agriculture (Animal Production or Livestock Science)
