Hire Resolve is currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Practitioner for a food wholesaler company in Saldanha. Our client operates in the FMCG industry and is seeking someone with experience in this sector. As a Human Resource Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support and driving HR initiatives in the company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our client in the FMCG industry and further develop your HR skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
