About the Role

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in De Aar. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support operational and strategic objectives. With commercial accountability, you will oversee the full finance function, manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, and ensure compliance and maintain robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full finance function with commercial accountability
• Drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support operational and strategic objectives
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance and maintain robust internal controls
• Partner with operational teams across distribution, trading, or manufacturing function

Requirements

• Qualified CA(SA) with 5-6 years post-articles experience, ideally with the majority being in a Financial Controller role
• Commercial experience within distribution, trading, logistics, or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate numbers into business insight
• Confident, decisive, and able to influence at all levels of the business
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills

• Qualified CA(SA) certification
