In this critical role, youll be responsible for monitoring vehicle movements, identifying risks in real-time, and ensuring the safety and compliance of our fleet operations.Key Responsibilities: Monitor vehicle tracking systems and surveillance cameras continuously.Communicate effectively with drivers via telephone to provide support and address issues.Record and report all incidents, violations, and accidents promptly to the on-duty senior.Ensure all monitoring protocols and procedures are followed accurately.Maintain clear and organized documentation of fleet activities.Requirements:Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Previous experience in a control room or vehicle tracking environment is advantageous.Strong telephone communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Must be able to follow instructions precisely and complete tasks without delay.You must have reliable transport to reach the workplace for early morning shifts.Committed, responsible, and vigilant with a strong focus on safety.
