Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day production processes and operations staff. Provide leadership, motivation, and on-the-job training to process teams. Plan and oversee off-crop activities and ensure readiness for peak periods. Manage and monitor operational budgets effectively. Required Skills & Experiences: B-Tech/BSc in Chemical Engineering or any related field. Minimum 10 years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing environments with a focus on recoveries and process optimisation. Proven leadership skills with a strong performance and integrity record. Team player with the ability to drive high performance standards. Strong orientation toward continuous improvement and innovation. Energetic, driven, and quality-focused.
