Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities by analysing market trends and potential target markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, tracking progress against key metrics and goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Product Development to ensure project success.
- Negotiate and close business deals that drive sustainable growth.
- Maintain accurate engagement data and reporting on the Sales Mobility platform, ensuring high-quality administration and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development role within a logistics, supply chain or freight environment.
- Proven sales track record with experience in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, market dynamics, and competitive environments.
