Job Summary
As a specialist recruiter, I am always looking for enthusiastic and skilled ICT Support Administrators to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of my clients IT systems and supporting their internal teams.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and users across a variety of platforms and systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within their internal systems.
- Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained, configured, and updated as needed.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers, network infrastructure, and software applications.
- Monitor IT system performance and provide proactive maintenance and support.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve best practices for system security and data backup.
- Document support processes, incidents, and solutions to maintain a knowledge base for the team.
- Provide training and guidance to end users as needed on software applications and IT tools.
Requirements:
- Completed Diploma in an IT related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office software.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with network configuration, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
