Job Summary
1. Telesales/Receptionist (REF NO: ENT0312-24)We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative / Receptionist to contribute in generating sales for our company. The incumbent will be responsible for closing sales deals telephonically and maintaining good client relationships. The successful incumbent must be an effective telesales representative as well as an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services telephonically as well as dealing with client complaints and suggestions. Should assist in organisational growth by bringing in newclients and developing the business.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric); Proven experience as a telesales representative or sales/customer service role; Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas telephonically; Good knowledge of relevant computer programs i.e. SAGE / CRM software and PABX; Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Excellent communication skills both written and orally; must be a good negotiatorwith the ability to resolve issues effectively.Please email detailed CVs; quoting the relevant reference numbers in the subject line to: Enact Training Solutions
