Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a highly-skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing communication strategies to promote the organization’s brand and message. This role will involve developing content for various communication channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and website copy. The Communications Specialist will also be responsible for managing media relations, creating marketing materials, and monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the organization’s brand and message
• Create content for various communication channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and website copy
• Manage media relations and respond to media inquiries
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing Business or related field
• 5- 10 Years experience in customer relationship management, corporate communications, public relations, or marketing communications
• Familiarity with home loan products, mortgage lending processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Demonstrate ability to create high-quality written content for diverse audiences and channels.
• Experience managing media relations, securing press coverage, and responding to media inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
