About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Pretoria East. As a key member of the dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair to customers
- Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle history and maintenance
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ recent experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive Industry
- Evolve Dealer Management Systems literacy will be beneficial
- Basic Technical understanding of Vehicle systems essential
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced Dealership environment
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request

- Formal education/certifications not specified, but relevant experience preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary of up to R 17 500 based on experience
