Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Compliance Operations Officer to join our client, a prominent bank, for a 12-month contract position. Responsibilities

• Review all FICA documentation for existing customers.
• Ensure customer details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Verify and capture existing clients` FICA status according to their dealings with the bank.
• Contact clients to confirm and update their details.
• Update CIFS, upload ODD documents, and send for approval.
• Block accounts where ODD could not be concluded.
• Assist branches with ODD queries.
• Address and assist with branch FICA queries.
• Attend to ad hoc administrative requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum: Matric / Certificate in Banking or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of FICA regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• The position requires the candidate to work alternate Saturdays.
