• Develop and implement contract management strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Review and analyse contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to departments on contractual obligations and risk management.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to address complex contract issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in contract management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
