Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead the implementation, training, and configuration of ERP software at both new and existing client sites. Provide expert advice to clients on utilising specific software modules tailored to their business needs. Deliver comprehensive consultancy on business best practices and conduct in-depth training on: Financial Modules (General Ledger, Cashbook, Customer & Supplier Account) Base Operational Modules (Sales, Purchases, Inventory Controls) Other related Business Modules (Project Costing, MRP and more) Address and resolve customer system queries stemming from the implementation process. Collaborate with clients to define or refine specifications for software modifications required during system implementation. Produce and submit consultancy documentation in accordance with company procedures, ensuring timely delivery. Work closely with current clients and the development team to resolve client inquiries efficiently. Offer both telephonic and onsite support for the ERP system. Essential Experience and Skills Proven experience as an ERP software implementer or trainer. Demonstrable experience interacting with various organizational levels within customer environments. Exceptional consultancy and communication skills to deliver high-quality end-user training. Outstanding customer service and client-facing abilities for both onsite and remote collaboration. Strong working knowledge of ERP business processes and procedures, including daily transactions, month-end and year-end activities, and the flow of Works Order Processing, with proven experience in ERP configuration and implementation, including go-live phases. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL or related programming expertise. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to work independently when necessary. Effective communication of customer requirements and the ability to collaborate within a team to resolve issues. A relevant IT qualification is essential. Preferred Skills and Experience Proficient in Google Suite, with a strong ability to produce high-quality consultancy documents such as meeting notes, business cases, business discovery reports, and system specifications. Solid understanding of financial operations and related reporting requirements. Experienced in leading JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions. Skilled in creating Data Flow Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams. Extensive experience in data migration to ERP systems or across different platforms/software. Capable of creating and managing project timelines and budgets effectively. At least 4 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles
