Job Description
- Provide overall financial management and leadership of the finance team
- Generate, analyse, and present financial data to support business decisions
- Compile, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Board
- Review financial documentation to ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
- Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and procedures are maintained
Key Requirements:
- CA(SA) preferred, or BCom Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years’ completed articles
- 5–8 years’ experience in a finance role
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and requirements within the property / retail sector

- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Pastel Accounting (essential)
- MDA (essential)
- Sage VIP (advantageous but not required)
- SARS eFiling (essential)
