Durban: Finance Manager posted by Sandi Crowther Recruitment

• Provide overall financial management and leadership of the finance team
• Generate, analyse, and present financial data to support business decisions
• Compile, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Board
• Review financial documentation to ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
• Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to achieve financial and operational objectives
• Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and procedures are maintained

Key Requirements:

• CA(SA) preferred, or BCom Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years’ completed articles
• 5–8 years’ experience in a finance role
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Solid knowledge of financial regulations and requirements within the property / retail sector
