About the Role
Hire Resolve is currently assisting an FMCG company in Cape Town in their search for an Emergency Marshall to join their team. As an Emergency Marshall, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining emergency response plans and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain emergency response plans and protocols
- Conduct emergency drills
- Provide training on emergency procedures
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to effectively respond to emergency situations
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Emergency Management
- First Aid and Firefighting certification is advantageous
- Previous experience as an Emergency Marshall
- Experience in all firefighting, safety, and environmental obligations
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R160K – R130K
