Job Description
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Planner to join their dynamic team.
As a Financial Planner, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, analyse their current financial situation, and develop personalised financial plans to help them achieve their goals. You will provide comprehensive financial advice, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
- Analyze financial information, such as income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to develop personalized financial plans.
- Provide recommendations on investment opportunities, retirement planning, tax strategies, and insurance coverage.
- Monitor and review clients’ investment portfolios, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date financial advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor in all financial matters.
- Prepare and present financial plans and investment proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals, such as tax experts and estate planners, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Planner or similar role.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, advisory, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and strategies.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Professional ethics and integrity.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning or a related field.
- Experience in tax optimization, retirement planning, and investment management is highly desirable.
