Matric/ND/BTech/BCom Sales/Marketing; CompLit.; 1-3 years exp in sales of food/RTE/RTH/party foods, preferably to supermarket groups/other retail/wholesale/hospitality/industrial catering/ QSR/food factories. Must be results-driven/self-motivated/have strong communication/ interpersonal/negotiation/persuasion skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers. Identify new sales opportunities, present and promote company products to (potential) customers, negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other sales agreements, and meet sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales performance. Collaborate with marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and provide customer feedback and insights to Sales Manager and Product Development Team.
