• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

• Ensure all assigned rooms are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and other necessary supplies.

• Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the housekeeping supervisor.

• Follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

• Replenish minibars, replace linens, and ensure all furniture and fixtures are in good condition.

• Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special housekeeping projects as required.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure excellent customer service.

• Handle lost and found items appropriately and report them to management.

• Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning targets and maintain high-quality service.

• Education: Matric certificate with English.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping within a hotel.

• Skills:
